Full Range of Residential Valuations 

The purpose of a valuation can be as varived as the valuation figure its self. Middletons offer residential valuations for:

Secured Lending Purposes, a lender will request a valuation on your property to ascertain if it represents suitable security on a mortgage secured on the property. This report is based on a limited inspection of the property and should not be relied on by the purchaser as a guide to the condition of the proposed purchase.

Middletons also provide comprehensive and realistic valuations for Probate, Matermoinal and disputes.

For total peace of mind Middletons will undertake a Full Home Buyers Report. This comprises of an inspection of the property and an easy to understand (RICS backed) nine page report writen in a non-technical format based on the inspection. The report follows standard headings investigating all major material and non-material aspects of a house, flat or bungalow i.e electrics, damp, structural problems, roof, timbers and local planning issues. The report also includes a valuation of the property.
